All registrants can present their work as a poster. Oral presentations will be selected by the organising committee from abstracts submitted by April 1.

If you are interested in presenting your work as a poster or talk, please fill the form below (in word) and submit it to events@photosynthesis.org.au, once you have registered.

The Early Bird cost of the general registration is AU$795 (conference diner and networking event included).

The Early Bird Student registration is AU$395 (conference dinner and networking event included).

Cost after 1 April:

General Registration: AU$900

Student Registration: AU$450

* Student registration is available for those studying full time and who hold a current Student Identification Card. To be eligible you will need to provide a copy of your student ID card or a written statement from your supervisor verifying your student status to events@photosynthesis.org.au

Registration fees include:

  • Attendance at all conference sessions
  • Welcome reception attendance
  • All morning and afternoon teas and lunches
  • Conference dinner (Tuesday July 2) and networking event (Monday July 2)

When you register online here, you will receive confirmation of your registration via email, including a tax invoice. If you do not receive this confirmation email please contact the conference organisers at events@photosynthesis.org.au.

Cancellations and refund policy

Cancellations must be advised in writing to the conference organisers. Registration cancellations received by Friday 31 May 2019 will receive a refund of registration fees, less an administrative charge of AUD$50. Refunds for cancellations received after Friday 31 May 2019 will be at the discretion of the conference committee. Eligible refunds will be issued after the conclusion of the conference. Registrations are transferable to a colleague at any time prior to the event provided the conference organisers are advised in writing.
