Congratulations to our Director!
Last 21st of March the American Society of Plant Biologists (ASPB) announced the recipients of its 2019 awards, which honour excellence in research, education, outreach, and service.
The Honors will be presented at Plant Biology 2019 in San Jose, California next August.
Centre director Robert Furbank was awarded the Enid MacRobbie Corresponding Membership.
The Corresponding Member status is conferred by election on the Society’s annual ballot. This honor, initially given in 1932, provides life membership to distinguished plant biologists outside the United States.
